Summer Workshops

Tuesday, July 8. 3:30pm
Ever wonder how our dancers stay so strong, resilient, and injury-free?
It’s not just class, cross-training, and good nutrition—there’s a secret weapon behind the scenes: our brilliant ballet physical therapist, Samara DiMattia.
She’s helped countless dancers understand their bodies on a deeper level—preventing injuries, accelerating progress, and building confidence from the inside out.
Now she’s sharing her expertise in an exclusive workshop open to all dancers who want to move smarter, stronger, and with longevity in mind.
Parents are welcome (and encouraged!) to attend free with their dancer.
This is more than just injury prevention—it’s about unlocking your full potential
Class is July 8 at 3:30. Register by July 7 by emailing Balletrocklandstaff@gmail.com

Studios and Facilities
It is of the utmost importance that our students have space to train safely. Ballet Rockland has three studios on location, ranging from 700 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft. All flooring is either floating or softwood covered by Marley. On-campus is a schoolroom with desks and Wi-Fi that provides a space for students to maintain their academics. Hudson's Mill Restaurant is also on the property, offering parents a break while their dancers are in class.
