PERFORMANCES

THE NUTCRACKER
Each year, we are proud to offer our students the opportunity to perform in The Nutcracker. Participation in this beloved holiday classic is not only an exciting milestone—it is an invaluable part of their dance training. By rehearsing and performing in a full-length ballet, students strengthen their technique, develop artistry, gain stage experience, and learn the discipline and teamwork essential to becoming confident performers.
Bringing The Nutcracker to our community also allows us to share the beauty and tradition of classical ballet with audiences of all ages. It is a cherished way for families, friends, and neighbors to come together and experience the magic of the arts right here at home.
Student participation is optional.
IN-STUDIO
PRESENTATION
Technique is the foundation of all performance, and we believe that showcasing what our dancers learn in the classroom over the school year is important. This presentation takes place at the end of the school year and is a free opportunity for parents to view their child's class work and their progress. All classes and levels are presented.

SPRING GALA
Like The Nutcracker, our spring gala is an optional performance. For students interested in participating, we offer a fun and entertaining, child-friendly story ballet at the end of each school year. This is another wonderful tool to help develop our dancers' craft by teaching them acting, artistry, and storytelling through dance.
GUESTING
Our students are often invited to perform outside of Ballet Rockland events, and we are always excited to accept those opportunities.
